      We are happy to announce tech support is now available by phone, however, at this time all orders
        must be sent to us by email or through our shopping cart.  When we are not filling orders, our time is
        spent doing product development and testing.  This limits the time we have to handle phone calls.
        The problem is that I love to chat about this stuff and past phone calls average about 20-30 minutes
        each or more.  I won't get any work done at that rate.
